Connecting two worlds: “From Deep Blue to the Sky” and “Solutions for Communication from Seafloor to Desktop” these are the visions of the two companies which signed a merger contract on March 30th, 2021.
We are glad to announce that Gabler Maschinenbau GmbH and Develogic GmbH will join forces to face future challenges. Gabler Maschinenbau GmbH is the world leading supplier of naval submarine mast systems whereas Develogic GmbH, established in 2000, is a leading supplier of underwater communication systems for naval and civil applications.
Develogic will profit from Gabler’s strong financial position, existing sales and supplier network and staff with strong naval experience. Gabler will benefit from highly sophisticated and state of the art subsea technology, an expert team as well as Develogic’s strong market position in civil applications. Together Gabler and Develogic will strive to become the chosen supplier for data gathering and data transfer in subsea systems for naval and civil applications. “Gabler is forced to rethink its business model and to diversify.
