With the acquisition of Schwarte Jansky in 2016, POSSEHL strengthens its business area of medium-sized investments in the process industry. "Schwarte Jansky, with approximately EUR 40 million in sales, forms a mainstay of our medium-sized investments business area. We see enormous development potential here for the future and can imagine expanding this company into an independent business unit within the POSSEHL Group," says Mario Schreiber, member of the Executive Board of L. The sale to the POSSEHL Group took place in the context of a succession plan for the former owner and founder Reinhold Barlian.
