In June 2010, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2010, PMB acquired Kleine Wolke Textilgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, based in Bremen, from the listed company Leifheit AG, Nassau.
Founded in 1968, the company is a leading supplier of high-quality products for the bathroom and bedroom. The product range mainly comprises bath rugs, bathtub liners, shower curtains and rods, as well as towels and bed linen.
With the acquisition of Kleine Wolke, PMB can add another company to its portfolio that has a strong brand and a high level of awareness.
